the local church to build a welcoming community for
Toledo area internationals, to share the hope and love
of Jesus Christ, and to empower internationals with
skills to become successful.

What We Do

When immigrants are fluent in English, have life-giving friendships, feel like they belong, and have tools they need to succeed, our work will be finished. But until then, we’ll keep working ourselves out of jobs. We believe immigrants, just like our own family and friends, deserve the highest quality of services, especially when it comes to foundational skills that will change the rest of their lives! Whether it’s our women-only English school, our preschool for immigrant children, our evening school for men and women, after-school tutoring, or our Conversation Partners program with local universities, we are serious about excellent and dignifying services.
