WFI wins an Award!

Every year, the Toledo Community Foundation awards one small organization a Nonprofit Excellence Award. There were 19 organizations competing for this award. As you can probably guess where we are going with this, we won! This is a milestone achievement in the life of Water for Ishmael, as we have been working towards this award for years.

Along with the award, TCF awarded us $5,000 and The Anderson’s $1,000, we were featured in The Blade on October 10th, and we will be on TV in the near future! Keep your eyes out for us! Read the article here: Nonprofit Excellen ce Award
